The dzl series biomass boiler produced by ZBG is a single-drum water-fire tube boiler. The flue gas flows in the tube to release heat, and the water flows in the shell to absorb heat. Moreover, the boiler adopts chain grate combustion mode, and has the advantages of simple operation, convenient start and stop, and relatively low power consumption.
When the boiler is running, the biomass fuel falls from the feeding hopper to the grate and enters the furnace to burn. After the flame passes through the arch, the refracting upwards is turned to the front smoke box through the flue gas burning chamber on both sides of the body, and then the front smoke box The tube bundle is folded back into the economizer through the rear smoke box, and the hot air returning device further reduces the temperature of the flue, passes through the dust collector, and is then drawn by the induced draft fan through the flue to the chimney to the atmosphere. The fuel is fully burned, and the heat transfer effect of the boiler is good, and the heat loss is low, thereby improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
This type of boiler is a fast-assembling boiler with compact structure and easy installation. And the boiler uses clean and renewable biomass energy, widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, paper mills, lumber mills, small self-sufficient power plants and other fields.
