Vietnam chemical plant 15 ton biomass boiler project

　　Vietnam's chemical industry has grown rapidly in recent years and is one of the major economic sectors. The chemical industry is important for the development of many other industries, including fertilizers, rubber, basic chemicals, kerosene, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and consumer chemicals. The demand for boilers in the chemical industry is relatively large, but there are not many boiler companies in Vietnam and the technical level is low. China's boilers are of high quality and high technology, and the prices are moderate, which is in line with Vietnam's national conditions and the actual needs of enterprises.

　　ZBG once again reached a cooperation with Vietnamese companies. We provide a chemical companies with a 15-ton biomass boiler for fertilizer production. Fertilizer production is a complex and continuous process. It needs to be carried out in a closed system under high temperature and high pressure conditions. It has many equipments and pipes. As a chemical plant boiler, steam boiler is the main heat source equipment.

　　This boiler is a szl series biomass chain grate boiler produced by ZBG. The boiler capacity is 15 tons and the rated steam pressure is 1.25MPa. The 15 t/h horizontal package type water tube boiler is composed of front furnace, rear furnace, convection pipe bundle, coal saver and chain grate, and which are assembled in big components respectively for delivery. The structure is compact, simple to install, ensuring boiler operation is highly efficient, clean, economical, safe, and stable, providing energy conserving and environmentally friendly thermal power equipment for ease of user production.
