15 ton biomass boiler for a sugar factory

　　The 15 ton boiler used in a sugar factory in Malaysia is the szl series biomass steam boiler produced by ZBG. The boiler pressure is 12.5 bar, the rated steam temperature is 194 ℃, and the fuel used is mainly bagasse. In this sugar factory, boilers are used to produce high pressure steam for concentrating sugar juices

　　Our bagasse boiler is the very equipment required to improve profitability through maximum utilization of waste generated in sugar plant. Bagasse has low ash and high volatile contents. Physically in the "as fired" condition it have high moisture contents, and low calorific values and bulk densities. In order to ensure the full combustion of biomass fuel such as bagasse, ZBG adopts optimized boiler design. Air plenum is divided in multiple sections along length, enables independent control of air flow to each section as per combustion requirement. Larger grate width, fully machined grate bars ensure proper clearances for thermal expansion, movement and air flow area.

　　SZL series biomass fired boiler adopts membrane water cooling wall structure that forms a gas tight enclosure preventing ingress of unwanted excess air, boiler has higher overall efficiency. The boiler capacity is up to 35 TPH, pressure up to 250 bar, and temperature up to 226°C. SZL series chain grate boiler has multi-fuel combustion capacity. The fuel includes bagasse, husk, straw, coffee grounds, cane tops, coconut shells, lignite, coal, pith, wood chips etc.
