Project address: Malaysia
Application areas: sugar factory
Bagasse fired boiler has the advantages of reducing cost, saving investment and meeting the demand for power of enterprise production development, and is one of the indispensable equipment for sugar factories. ZBG has been researching and manufacturing bagasse boilers for many years. Our product technology is becoming mature and has strong competitiveness in domestic and international markets. In Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries, ZBG has exported a number of bagasse boilers for sugar companies in these countries. In 2018, ZBG once again signed a contract with a sugar factory in Malaysia to provide a 10-ton bagasse steam boiler.
This boiler is SZL series horizontal water tube chain grate boiler. Bagasse fed to the boilers enters the furnace through a fuel chute and is spread mechanically across the furnace, where part of the fuel burns while in suspension. Simultaneously, large pieces of fuel are spread in a thin, even bed on a stationary or moving grate. The flame over the grate radiates heat back to the fuel to aid combustion. The combustion area of the furnace is lined with heat exchange tubes (water cooling walls). Beyond the furnace proper, and before the boiler heating surface, there is a combustion chamber of sufficient volume to enable complete combustion to take place, and where the particles of ash and soot can be left behind.
Boiler capacity: 4-30ton/h
Stem pressure: 1.0Mpa(10bar), 1.25Mpa(13bar), 1.6Mpa(16bar), 2.5Mpa(25bar)
Rated Steam temperature:184C,194C,204C,225C.
Design fuel: biomass, palm shell, wood pellet, peanut, paddy, rice husk, solid fuel, etc
Application: food factory, paper mill, rice mill, pal oil factory, chemical, pharmaceutical industry, building materials, heating, etc.
